Несомненно. Предположительно, дружественными странами будут Абхазия, Вануату, Венесуэла, Донбабве, Зимбабве, Иран, КНДР, Луганда, Сирия (асадовская часть), Сомали, Приднестровье, Цхинвалия. Больше сходу ничего не вспоминается.
